Enjoy a simple and healthy treat with our no-bake peanut butter oatmeal bars, made with just three ingredients. Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast on-the-go!

Oatmeal Bars ingredients:
There are just 3 simple ingredients and easy to make. Here’s what you’ll need:
Oats: You can use either whole oats or quick oats for this recipe. Whole oats give a little more texture, but both work fine. If you want gluten-free oats, make sure they’re certified gluten-free.
Peanut Butter: For extra peanut butter flavor, use 1 cup of your favorite nut butter. It can be natural, homemade, or store-bought.
Honey: For added sweetness and flavor, you’ll want to include 3/4 cup of honey. You can use any type of honey you like, whether it’s raw, organic, or regular.
Salt: To enhance the overall taste of the dish, include a pinch of salt. If your peanut butter already has salt in it, there’s no need to add extra salt to the recipe.
STORAGE TIPs
To store: Keep leftover bars in an air-tight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for at least two weeks. And to prevent them from sticking to each other, add a slice of parchment paper in between each bar
To freeze: Chill the bars first, then place them in a ziplock bag and freeze. They will last up to six months.

A FEW HELPFUL TIPPS
Melt the peanut butter and honey together to achieve a smooth, warm, and thin consistency. This will make shaping the bars easier and result in a thicker, sturdier final product.
Use a creamy nut or seed butter. Avoid the crunchy kind, as it can make the ingredients hard to bind.
Ensure the mixture is compact. Press down firmly to eliminate empty spaces, which can cause the bars to fall apart. Use parchment paper or a mason jar to press down hard.
Be patient with chilling. Let the bars chill for the full hour for the best texture in the fridge.
Use a warm, sharp knife. Run the knife under hot water, dry it, and clean it between each slice to make cutting the bars easier.
