- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas 300 g
- ½ cup sugar 100 g
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup melted butter 65 g
- 2 medium eggs
- ⅓ cup milk 95 g
- 1¾ cup all-purpose flour 230 g
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts 100 g
Turn on the oven for 175℃ (350℉). MODE: Upper and Lower heat. Prepare a cake pan.
Mash bananas with sugar using a fork.
Add eggs, salt and beat the mixture to combine.
Pour melted butter (lightly cooled) and milk. Mix to combine.
Add sifted flour, baking powder. Mix just to combine. Do not over-mix!
Gently fold chopped walnuts into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
Bake 55 minutes – 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cake comes out clean.
Allow to cool 5 minutes in the pan. Then remove from the pan and let cool completely.
